What kind of Garments do you use?

Our standard unisex, women’s, and youth T-shirts, as well as our long-sleeve shirts, are primarily 100% cotton. Certain colors may be a cotton/polyester blend depending on garment availability.

Our sweatshirts and hoodies are typically a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend.

Specific fabric content may vary by style and color, so please refer to the individual product description for additional details.

Do you always use the same garments for every design?

We have preferred garments that we use whenever possible. However, availability can sometimes change due to certain styles, sizes, or colors being temporarily out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.

When that happens, we may source a comparable garment from another trusted supplier. We do our best to match the original garment as closely as possible in quality, fit, fabric, and color.

If we are unable to find a suitable replacement for something you ordered, we will contact you before making a substitution and work with you to find the best solution.

Can I request a shirt color that isn't shown on the website?

Absolutely! The garment colors shown with each design are the options we’ve selected for our online store, but they aren't always the only possibilities.

If you see a Pink Tower design you love but would prefer it on a different color T-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie, just reach out to us before placing your order. We’re happy to check availability and see what we can do!

Because garment colors and sizes vary by manufacturer and some designs work better on certain colors than others, not every combination will be available. If your requested color is an option, we’ll be happy to create it for you.

How do your shirts fit?

Unisex T-shirts: Our short- and long-sleeve unisex T-shirts have a classic fit and generally fit true to size. Short-sleeve styles are available in sizes S–5XL and long-sleeve styles in S–4XL in most colors. Most are 100% cotton, although fabric content may vary by color.

Women’s T-shirts: Our women’s styles have a semi-fitted, more contoured cut and may fit closer to the body than our unisex T-shirts. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may want to consider sizing up or choosing one of our unisex styles. Women’s T-shirts are typically available in sizes S–3XL, depending on color and style. Fabric content varies by garment.

Youth T-shirts: Our youth T-shirts have a classic fit and generally fit true to size. They are typically available in sizes S–XL. Most are 100% cotton, although fabric content may vary by color.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts: Our fleece styles are generally unisex with a classic fit. Available sizes typically range from S–3XL, with select styles and colors available up to 5XL. Fabric content may vary by garment.

For the best fit, we always recommend checking the measurements on our Size Guide before ordering. All garment measurements are listed in U.S. inches.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order, we are unable to offer exchanges when an incorrect size is ordered.

We want you to love the way your Pink Tower apparel fits, so we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide and the fit information provided on the product page before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us before ordering — we’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit.

Of course, if we make an error and you receive a size different from the one you ordered, please contact us so we can make it right.

Do your shirts shrink?

Most of our cotton T-shirts are preshrunk to help minimize shrinkage. However, as with any cotton garment, some additional shrinkage may occur depending on how it is washed and dried.

For the best results, we recommend washing your Pink Tower apparel in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid high heat, which can cause additional shrinkage and may shorten the life of both the garment and the printed design.

Always follow the care instructions provided with your garment.

Will the colors of my shirt match what I see on my screen?

We do our best to represent the colors of our garments and designs as accurately as possible. However, colors can appear slightly different from one screen to another depending on your device, display settings, brightness, and other factors.

Garment colors may also vary slightly between manufacturers, styles, and production batches. Because of this, the color you receive may not be an exact match to what you see on your screen.

These differences are typically minor, but if you have a question about a particular garment color before ordering, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help!

Do you use AI to create your artwork or products?

No. The artwork and designs featured on the products we sell are created by us and have never been generated using artificial intelligence.

Pink Tower Apparel is the collaboration of a Montessori educator and an artist/designer. Bringing those two perspectives together is a big part of who we are — combining a genuine understanding of Montessori with years of experience in art, apparel, and design. Creating our own original artwork is an important part of that.

We do use AI-assisted tools in a limited capacity to help with aspects of our social media marketing, such as brainstorming content ideas, developing marketing strategies, and assisting with social media posts. However, generative AI is not used to create the artwork or designs featured on the products we sell.

We believe in being transparent about how we use these tools and are always happy to answer questions about our creative process.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help if your order has not yet entered production.

Because many of our items are produced specifically for each order, changes to garment style, color, size, design, or quantity cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Once production has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to that item.

If you notice an error in your order, reach out to us right away. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of making the change before production begins.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most Pink Tower Apparel items are produced specifically for each order. Our typical production time is 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed before your order is ready to ship.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

What is A blind shirt?

Feeling adventurous? Our Blind Shirt is a fun way to add a little surprise to your Pink Tower collection!

You choose your size, and we choose the shirt. Your Blind Shirt might feature a current Pink Tower design, a past favorite, a design that is no longer available in the store, or even an occasional one-off combination featuring one of our designs on a garment color we don't normally offer.

The fun is that you won't know what you're getting until it arrives!

Because the surprise is part of the experience, specific designs, garment colors, or styles cannot be requested. Blind Shirts are offered at a special price and are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged based on design, color, or personal preference.

Already have a collection of Pink Tower shirts? Feel free to let us know which designs you already own in the order notes. While we can't guarantee a particular design, we'll do our best to avoid sending you a duplicate when possible.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. Your payment information is securely processed through our website’s payment processor. Pink Tower Apparel does not receive or store your full credit card number or security code.

Payment information is encrypted and handled through secure payment systems designed to protect your information throughout the transaction.

Can I use more than one coupon code?

Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

If you have more than one valid code, simply choose the one that gives you the best discount for your order.

Coupon codes can be entered in the shopping cart during the checkout process.

why isn’t my coupon code working?

If your coupon or promotional code isn’t working, first double-check that it has been entered exactly as provided and that any requirements associated with the offer have been met.

Some promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other restrictions. Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order unless specifically stated otherwise.

Who owns Pink Tower Apparel?

Pink Tower Apparel is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of Beach Graphics & Design LLC, a Florida-based, husband-and-wife-owned business.

But Pink Tower is much more than a name under our parent company. It brings together our two backgrounds — Montessori education and more than 30 years of professional experience in art, apparel, branding, and design.

That combination is at the heart of what we create. One of us knows Montessori from inside the classroom, while the other brings decades of experience turning ideas into artwork and products people want to wear and share.

Together, we created Pink Tower Apparel to make something specifically for the Montessori community — thoughtfully designed by people who understand both Montessori and the apparel industry.
